Great business great service great value
A very well laid out shop. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I felt like I was talking to family. I bought a Weber BBQ from them. I can highly recommend this business.
A great place to do business with. After the initial telephone contact, Sally was very helpful and efficient in emailing all details of costs, brochures and installers for the various wood heaters were were considering The prices offered were genuinely discounted when compared to a number of other retailers we rang. The installer Aaron also proved efficient, helpful and cost effective. Would highly recommend the whole experience. Abe and Peter
Great service had a fault with my Coonara fire door. Replaced with a new knee in 2 days
Great service and honest advice. Will be returning for future purchases.
Good service friendly staff. Purchased our wood stove here.
Was upsold big time, but happy with what I got. Was told it was a 90 minute job to assemble it but it took more than 3 hours, and I'm pretty handy. I didn't appreciate that little fib.
Point Lonsdale is a coastal township on the Bellarine Peninsula, near Queenscliff, Victoria, Australia. The town is divided between the Borough of Queenscliffe and the City of Greater Geelong. Point Lonsdale is also one of the headlands which, with Point Nepean, frame The Rip, the entrance to Port Phillip. The headland is dominated by the Point Lonsdale Lighthouse. At the 2016 census, Point Lonsdale had a population of 2,684. The population grows rapidly over the summer months through to the Easter period due to its popularity as a holiday destination. == History == The traditional owners of this area are the Wautharong people of the Kulin nation. The escaped convict William Buckley, the first known European to have lived in the area, lived with local Aborigines from 1803 to 1835. A signal station was built in 1854. Permanent European settlement began at Point Lonsdale in the latter half of the 19th century with the construction of a lighthouse in 1863 and the extension of the railway line from Geelong to Queenscliff in 1879.
I went in to get a new cover and some other parts for my weber kettle and I was blown away by the friendly and helpful customer service. Sally and the team couldn't have been nicer and they even helped carry my stuff out to the car when they saw me struggling with my toddler.
We had a great experience with Sally. She knew everything about the fireplaces we were looking at and was able to answer all of our questions. Sally was extremely helpful and gave us a really good deal on our purchase. We will definitely be recommending her to our friends and family. Thank you!
The Nectre N60 log fire was recommended to us with tear drop hearth. It’s absolutely stunning, perfect for our space. Couldn’t be happier with the service, product and price.
Was delighted to see the new location and the move to a full time Weber Dealership. Had great service and got what I wanted. Well done to the team.
We have just received exceptional service at Classic Fireplaces & BBQs. Chris’ product knowledge is absolutely second to none. Well done Team and good luck with the new store. We will definitely be back.
